Delivery

Normally you should be able to pick up the products from your post office within 2-3 days after we receive your order. The post office will notify you of when you can pick up the package.

You have two weeks to pick up the package from your local post office. If you haven’t picked up the package within this time, it will be returned to us. These are post office regulations. You will also be invoiced for the delivery costs.

Payment

Cash on delivery

If you chose to pay cash on delivery, the fee will be added to the invoice amount.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the products, or if they do not meet your expectations at the time of ordering, you may return the products to us within 5 days of receiving them. The products must be unopened, undamaged, and returned in the same condition as when you received them. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is that we have delivered an inadequate product, the wrong product, a defective product, or if the product is damaged or otherwise falls under our responsibility.

When returning a shipment, please include the following information:

Order number
Date of order/purchase
Reason for return

Note: Returns without this information will not be processed. Once we have received the return shipment and inspected the items, your payment will be credited/refunded.

Customers in Svalbard

The post office has introduced a separate fee for packages to Svalbard. For this reason, each order from Svalbard will be charged with this fee, which currently amounts to NOK 236 .
